David Putz

Dave Putz is CEO of JKP Holdings & JKP Solutions, Co-Host of the “Real Estate Notes Show”, Investor of Real Estate Notes and passion for Automation.

For nearly two decades, Dave Putz has been immersed in real estate investing. However, in 2010, after years of managing rentals and property rehabs, the challenges of chasing rent, handling maintenance, and covering vacancies began outweighing the returns. Seeking a more passive investment model, Dave transitioned to real estate note investing.

His journey into note investing began with a large private equity fund, where Dave analyzed non-performing notes and advised on strategic asset purchases. After two years, he left the fund to begin investing in notes independently and later founded JKP Holdings, focusing on acquiring and managing mortgage notes across the country.

In 2016, Dave launched a nationally recognized Note Investing Call, inviting industry experts to discuss key topics related to note investing. In 2020, the series was rebranded as the Real Estate Notes Show, where Dave now serves as co-host, sharing valuable insights and actionable strategies with a growing audience of investors.

Dave’s passion for automation led him to develop efficient systems for reducing errors and accelerating repetitive tasks. He actively shares these tools with the community, including through his Meeting of the Minds private weekly call and on his website. In 2021, he founded the JKP Investment Community, a Meeting of the minds group where like-minded investors collaborate to achieve their investment goals.

Dave has also been a sought-after speaker at national note investing conferences and National Reias, focusing on topics such as due diligence, investment fundamentals, and automation. His expertise and extensive relationships within the industry have led to significant success and growth for JKP Holdings and its partners.
