"Building Passive Income and Saving Taxes is a Team Sport, Make Sure You have the Right Coach."
That is why, my mission is to help fellow investors achieve financial abundance by increasing their passive income secured by real estate and reducing their taxes with effective tax strategies.
I have been a CPA and tax strategist for around two decades with a focus on tax strategies for investors. My company, PC Financial Services, has helped thousands of investors across the US with tax planning to saved them thousands of dollars in taxes. Along with tax consulting, we add value with cost segregation studies, accredited investor validation, and tax preparation.
I also been a real estate investor for over a decade. I have been an active participant in various ventures across the US consisting of; mortgage notes, multi & single family rentals, syndications, corporate housing, short-term rentals, new development, and flips. Besides the current portfolio of notes, rentals, and new construction, our focus now is educating investors on how to achieve greater returns than their bank or retirement accounts, secured by real estate by being private lenders.
I serve on various Boards of non-profits that promote the financial literacy of the youth. I also serve on the Planning Commission for the city of Norfolk, VA.
Most importantly, I am married to my extraordinary wife, Whitney, and the proud father of our 2 sons, Larry III and Wesley.
